ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 Certification is focused on quality management and applicable at any organization across all areas of production and provision of services. Today, it represents a globally recognized and on a long-term basis proven standard.
Its implementation serves as the basis for application of other requirements to the company management systems. A systematic organization of the company processes is a prerequisite for the effective operation of the company. The model shown in ISO 9001 is based on proved tools and procedures and their application enables companies to systematically increase the performance and efficiency of management processes. Subsequently, the operation of the company as a whole improves in terms of fulfilment of customer requirements and expectation.
The implementation of the ISO 9001 system is a dynamic process that responds to all variable internal and external conditions, circumstances, interested parties, strategic goals and changes in organizational and technological processes.
The initial certification is divided in two stages. The Stage 1 includes evaluation of the management documentation and assessment of the degree of preparedness of the implemented organization system for the certification. The Stage 2 consists of verification of the fulfilment of all ISO 9001 requirements in practice.
A stand-alone certificate is issued after the certification audit has been completed to confirm the compliance with all the ISO 9001 requirements and its applicable mandatory obligations.
